Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. HALO Uneek products will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days of shipment date.

We only accept returns for items purchased through this website, www.golfflagmaker.com.  If you purchased the Halo’s from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

30 Day Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused
  2. In the same condition that you received it
  3. In its original packaging
  4. Have a Return Authorization Number issued and listed on the packing slip or form inside the returned product.
  5. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Insurance for package is recommended.

A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned HALO products and packaging.
